What a pain in the ASS! I won money from them and called and said I would like a check sent to my house. They said your account is not set up for that. I asked to be set up for that. They said they couldn’t do it. I asked why and they said because they couldn’t do it. They wouldn’t tell me why. At this point the customer service agent was getting pissy. I asked to talk to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes she gets back on and said they are too busy. I then asked to explain how bitcoin works. She quickly went over it and left it at that. I WILL NEVER USE BOVADA AGAIN. They are a pain to deal with and I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING BOVADA......DON’T.
i dont even know why people waste their time with square books like bovada bodog bet365 etc. these books want life time losing bettors and will limit consistent long term winning bettors or kick them our make them leave by making their life miserable. even if you are losing bet stick to pinnacle betcris etc. if you are in states stick to bookmaker. simple.
Bovada is the absolute worst. They are actually a fraud. I requested a payout from them and they sent a fake check, as in a check that can not be cashed, or negotiated anywhere in the United States. I literally spent months trying to cash this check. I finally did some research on the check account numbers and it was from an account in Canada, a tribal bank, and the account had been closed 6 months prior to them sending me the check.
